The URBAN MENUS digital twin and assessment technologies constitute the background intellectual property of the Austrian project partners. The background technologies, systems, and methodologies contributed by the Chinese project partners remain their respective intellectual property.

This User Guide has been developed within the framework of the joint research project. Background knowledge has been shared among the project partners solely for the purpose of carrying out the agreed research activities and remains subject to the ownership rights of the respective partners.

Intellectual property created jointly during the project is jointly owned by the contributing partners, in accordance with the consortium and project agreements. Intellectual property developed independently by an individual partner remains the property of that partner.

No part of this guide may be reproduced, distributed, or modified for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the relevant intellectual property owner(s), except where otherwise agreed by the project partners.
